CRF450X

The April 2007 Dirt Bike Magazine cover story is “Off-Road 450 Shootout”.

The four bikes tested were the Honda CRF450X, the Husaberg FE450, the KTM 450XCW and the Yamaha WR450f.

The CRF450X finished last with Dirt Bike stating the bike “it’s not a racer, and it resists being made into one.” (more…)

F2Racing.net has just released a new Magnetic Timing Plug for the CRF450X as well as most popular bikes as well. This new plug claims to function as the same job as the magnetic drain plugs. As you know magnetic drain plugs are not available for the CRF450X as the drain bolts are actually case bolts.

Some of you are probably sand junkies just like us. Well to get your CRF450X running out in the dunes there are a few things you’ll need to do to prepare it for a paddle. You have two basic options to run a paddle tire. A paddle tire does not simply mount up to a CRF450X as is without taking some preventative measures. (more…)
