This made the seal change doable and if you have anything on respoke front wheel for a new rim that would be cranken.

You donÂ´t know how much you help me to do my own fork seal change. Here in Chile, we do not have any serious mecanic people so is terrible when you have to let your bike in their hands. But with this I do it my self.

THANK YOU FOR THE PICTURES THEY ARE GREAT AND EXPLAIN THE TASK OF SEAL REPLACEMENT BETTER THAN MY MANUAL DOES I OWN A 2006 CRF450R . I DO HAVE ONE QUESTION MY NEIGHBOR REPLACE ONE OWE MINE COUPLE NITES AGO AND HE COME OVER THE NEXT NIGHT AND SAW ME IN THE SHOP AND SAID ANY LEAKS, I DONT THINK SO, THEN HE SAT DOWN AND ROCKED THE FORKS AND OIL POURED OUT OF THE ONE SEAL THAT HE BUILT HE TOLD ME TO LOOSEN UP ALL THE PINCH CLAMPS AND FRONT AXLE AND ROCK THE FORKS UP AND DOWN, THE LEAKING FORK MIGHT BE IN A BIND, SO I DID THEN SNUG EVERYTHING BACK,NOW I DONT SEE ANY LEAKS, BUT WHY DID IT LEAK AT FIRST, MAYBE HE CUT THE SEAL WHEN HE DROVE IT IN,HE DOES NOT HAVE A SEAL DRIVER HE USED A 2″ PIECE OF PVC WITH A SLIT CUT IN, HE CLAIM IT IS AS GOOD A A DRIVER. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR THE FORK CLASS.YOU NEED TO MAKE A DETAILED MANNUAL FOR BIKES ID BUY ONE …
